Online Therapy
Online Therapy allows you to access all the services I have to offer, with your therapy sessions conducted from a place that suits you. This service is particularly suitable for people who live rurally or internationally along with those people whose preference is for online therapy.
As with all services your privacy is guaranteed and sessions will be conducted in a non-judgemental environment, allowing you to freely explore any issues that are troubling you in a supportive manner.

Face to Face Therapy
Face-to-face therapy for individuals and couples.
I provide therapy in a safe, private, supportive environment, where you can feel free to express yourself without fear of judgment.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Counselling is unique to each individual. It is determined by your circumstances and the changes you make outside the counselling relationship. I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions to get started.
Changes take time. Once we have completed this, we will reassess to see what your future needs may be. Each session lasts 60 – 90 minutes.
HOW IS MY PRIVACY ASSURED?
Only I will have access to your questions. I am ethically and legally obligated to maintain confidentiality.
You will not be asked to provide your name, address, or phone number if you do not wish.
WHAT KIND OF QUESTIONS CAN I ASK?
It could be about any topic, including personal struggles, concerns from couples, facts, referrals, relationship issues, communication problems, addictions, sexual issues, and sexual dysfunction. Basically anything you need help with.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THERAPY?
