I work with couples who are finding their way back to each other after separation, who are dating with intention, or who are thinking about marriage. I help you strengthen your relationship emotionally and sexually so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
I do not work with couples who are in crisis or entrenched in long-standing relationship conflict.
I focus on couples who are reconnecting after separation, dating with intention, or preparing for marriage.
Individual therapy can help you find solutions for any issues you may be experiencing, whether they are related to your relationships or any other problem you may have.
Sex therapy helps both individuals and couples identify improvements they would like in their life in a safe and structured way. Often couples cannot solve these issues on their own as fear, anger, hurt, disappointment and inhibition can get in the way.
Many couples seek support when they are trying to decide if they have a future together. When you are reconnecting after a breakup, dating with intention, or considering marriage, pressure can build quickly.
You want a relationship that feels secure, close, and fulfilling. But you may not have learnt how to repair after distance, talk openly about intimacy, or work through differences in a healthy way.
You do not have to figure that out on your own.
Online therapy allows you to access all the services of Intimacy therapy, with your therapy sessions conducted from a place that suits you. This service is particularly suitable for people who live rurally or internationally along with those people whose preference is for online counselling.
As with all services your privacy is guaranteed and sessions will be conducted in a non-judgemental environment, allowing you to freely explore any issues that are troubling you in a supportive manner.

Face-to-face therapy for individuals and couples.
I provide therapy in a safe, private, supportive environment, where you can feel free to express yourself without fear of judgment.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Therapy is unique to each individual. Your circumstances and changes outside the therapy relationship determine it. I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions to get started.
Changes take time. Once we have completed this, we will reassess to see your future needs. Each session lasts 60 -90 minutes.
HOW IS MY PRIVACY ASSURED?
Only I will have access to your questions. I am ethically and legally obligated to maintain confidentiality.
You will not be asked to provide your name, address, or phone number if you do not wish.
WHAT KIND OF QUESTIONS CAN I ASK?
It could be about any topic, including personal struggles, concerns from couples, facts, referrals, relationship issues, communication problems, addictions, sexual issues, and sexual dysfunction. Basically anything you need help with.
